I was the girl who switched jobs almost every year of my 20s, and trust me, those “I quit” conversations never got easier. But through pivots, health struggles like mold toxicity and gut inflammation, and seasons of feeling lost, I found Pilates, meditation, and rituals that brought me back to myself.
Ashtyn
My life has been full of plot twists, from breaking my back at 18 to walking across Spain to studying Ayurveda in Sri Lanka. Through it all, wellness has been my passion, and travel, my muse. Following my two passions, I became a holistic health coach and built Aligned, a space where I help women create their own aligned lives though astrology and ayurveda.
Hosting retreats feels like a full-circle moment for us: blending the tools that changed our lives into an experience for women ready to reset and reconnect.

For us, it’s about balance: grounding practices that help you reset, and joyful moments that remind you life is meant to be fun!
It’s pilates, sound baths, and dancing in flowy dresses under the moonlight. It’s about journaling, meditation, and laughing until your stomach hurts, because transformation can happen in the midst of stillness and in the midst of joy.

Refund Policy
A $500 refundable deposit secures your spot.
We do not offer cash refunds. All payments are non-refundable should you choose to cancel your booking. Rather we offer options to transfer to a different retreat.
For cancellations made 75+ days before the retreat: Any payments made beyond your deposit will convert to a retreat credit valid for 18 months, applicable toward any future LJG retreat.
Cancellations made within 75 days of the retreat: Your deposit may be applied toward a future retreat. All other payments are forfeited. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment.
If you leave during the retreat, no refund or credit will be issued.

Yes! We can match you with your new bestie (FUN!) Or you can come book with a friend, and we will arrange you in the same room.
All levels welcome. Classes are beginner-friendly and focused on connection, form, and having fun with movement.
Our retreats are intentionally designed to be small, intimate, and high quality.
We host our retreats in beautiful luxury destinations and partner with incredible venues to create a truly special experience.
We’re also passionate about thoughtful, sustainable travel and love partnering with local vendors, guides, and businesses in the places we visit.
From most European hubs you can get a hooper flight to
Ancona AIO – a 35 minute drive from our accommodation where we will arrange your transportation.
We will need your transportation details at least 60 days before the retreat.
Our Group shuttle will leave AIO airport at 4pm June 12
If your flights don't align we can help arrange a private transfer at your own cost.
Yes! You’ll need a valid passport to join us in Mallorca. Make sure it’s valid for at least 6 months after the retreat ends.
Yes! Your stay includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily.
Absolutely. The property’s restaurant is farm-to-table and can accommodate most dietary preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free — just let us know your needs when you book.
You'll put down a deposit to save your spot, and after that you'll be invoiced monthly — $875/month for Garden View, $941.67/month for Sea View.
Invoices go out on the same date each month. Keep your payment plan current — if it falls behind, you risk losing your spot. Everything needs to be paid in full by March 1, 2027.
